What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship worldwide and primarily use Canada Post for our shipping your orders. Overseas orders are generally sent via Canada Post Air Mail however we also use our network of couriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx/Greyhound/Purolator) for larger/urgent shipments.

We can either ship via our account or your courier account via your preferred carrier. Please contact us if you are placing a larger order and want to ship it using your own carrier.

We ensure all orders are packaged properly to ensure safe transit and always try to use recyclable materials to minimize our impact on the environment.

Please keep in mind that the shipping cost includes packing materials, handling and the postage fee itself. Please contact us if you require insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages if no insurance is requested.

Most orders are shipped the same or next day after payment and arrive within 3-4 business days of payment. Express Post orders will arrive the next business day if you are within the DHL delivery network.

All errors and omissions excepted. We reserve the right to not fulfill orders if there is an error in the list price/details of the item.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours depending on stock. No Rushes on Fridays. We are Closed on weekends.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please visit this link and enter your Order ID  and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How Do I Place an Order?

1. Check your shopping cart.

Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.

2. Visit Checkout screen.

If you don’t have an account with Wildrose Geological, you may create an account and still continue to checkout. If you’re creating a new account, make sure your shipping and billing addresses match the billing address of your credit card.

From this screen, you can verify and edit all of your shipping, billing and payment information, including:

  • Shipping address
  • Shipping carrier
  • Shipping notes
  • Billing address
  • Payment type
  • Additional order information and any custom checkout fields you collect

You may also view the contents of your cart and a preliminary total cost (without tax). Clicking Review Order will take you to the Order Review page.

3. Review your order.

You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to, and used by, Wildrose Geological. If you need to alter any of the information, click the Edit link to return to the checkout screen. Clicking Place order will submit your order to Wildrose Geological and take you to your Order Summary page. Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
